A garden in the Koshiji district of Nagaoka, created around 1896 as the villa garden of the Takahashi family, wealthy local landowners. Its roughly 4,000 m² grounds hold maples 150–200 years old along with mountain cherries and azaleas. In autumn it hosts the Koshiji Momiji Festival with evening illuminations.
