Park built around the stone walls and moat of Yatsushiro Castle (built 1622), with Yatsushiro Shrine's Hachiman-gu inside the grounds. A cherry blossom spot in spring and a base for exploring central Yatsushiro, near the Kuma River fireworks venue.
