Motonosumi Shrine

A stunning Shinto shrine where 123 red torii gates wind down a seaside cliff overlooking the Sea of Japan. Named one of the most beautiful places in Japan by CNN, the shrine also features a uniquely placed offering box atop a torii gate 5 meters high, said to grant your wish if you toss a coin in.
