A botanical garden dedicated to Dr. Tomitaro Makino, the father of Japanese botany and subject of the NHK drama Ranman. Set on Godaisan hill with over 3,000 plant species, a stunning conservatory, and the Konkon-yama flower fields. One of Japan's most beautiful botanical gardens.
