A hilltop park built on the ruins of Nihonmatsu Castle, one of Japan's 100 Fine Castles. Restored stone walls and the Minowa Gate overlook the city, and the grounds are famous for cherry blossoms in spring and the grand Nihonmatsu Chrysanthemum Doll Festival in autumn.
