A city-run forest park spreading over the foothills of Mt. Kogashi in Utsunomiya, Tochigi. Cycling circuits and hiking trails wind around the Akagawa Dam reservoir, and the park serves as the main venue of the Japan Cup Cycle Road Race, Japan's biggest one-day road race.
