Lake Suwa Lakefront Park

A scenic lakefront park on the shores of Lake Suwa, the largest lake in Nagano Prefecture. Features a promenade, open-air stage, sculpture park, and hot-spring foot baths. From late July to late August, nightly fireworks are launched over the lake. In mid-August the grand Suwa Lake Fireworks Festival draws over 500,000 spectators.
