A beloved summer fireworks festival held over the narrow Onomichi Channel, creating a unique experience where fireworks explode just overhead between the hills of Onomichi and the island of Mukaishima. Approximately 13,000 fireworks including powerful starmine and underwater fireworks light up both the sky and the sea surface, framed by the historic port town scenery.
