About this event
A summer lantern festival held annually in the grounds of Nara Park and surrounding temples. Approximately 20,000 candles are placed in cups and arranged in artistic patterns, creating a magical atmosphere across multiple venues including Todai-ji and Kasuga Taisha approaches.
