A historic shrine founded in 996 AD, the only shrine in Japan dedicated to protection from illness and misfortune. Features five sub-shrines and unique Tsugaru-style jambara shimenawa rope decorations. The shrine's lanterns are crafted in the style of Aomori's famous Nebuta festival floats.
