Historic Jodo Shinshu temple in the Yatsuo district of Toyama, founded in 1290. The town of Yatsuo developed as a temple town around Monmyoji. Famous as the spiritual heart of the Owara Kaze no Bon dance festival, with a monument to the tradition on the grounds.
