A historic Shinto shrine in Hiratsuka with over 1,600 years of history, said to have been founded in 380 AD by Emperor Ojin. Enshrines the deity of war and protection. The shrine grounds host the famous Shonan Hiratsuka Tanabata Festival each July. Features beautiful cherry blossoms in spring.
