A reconstructed castle keep in the Kaminoyama Onsen town of Yamagata Prefecture, housing a local history museum with exhibits on the castle town, hot spring culture and folk traditions of the Murayama region. Its top floor observation deck looks out over the Zao mountains and the Yamagata basin.
