Uzunomichi Walkway

The Uzunomichi Walkway is a dramatic pedestrian path built beneath the Onaruto Bridge, offering a unique opportunity to walk above the famous Naruto whirlpools from a height of 45 meters. The transparent floor panels at the walkway's end allow visitors to look directly down at the swirling tidal currents below. The Naruto Strait whirlpools, among the world's largest, are at their most powerful during spring and autumn tidal changes.
