Takefu Central Park

Echizen City's main urban park, redesigned around the theme of a "park like a picture book" with playscapes supervised by local-born author Kanoko Iwamura. It hosts the Takefu Chrysanthemum Doll Festival every October-November, a 70-plus-year tradition of chrysanthemum figure displays, plus rides and seasonal events.
