A hillside shrine in the Kunimi district of Kunisaki, on Oita's Kunisaki Peninsula. It is best known as the home of the Kebes Festival, a fire rite held every 14 October in which a masked figure called Kebes charges into a bonfire while white-robed guardians try to hold him back.
