Sapporo's iconic summer celebration running July 23 to August 18 in Odori Park. Features Japan's largest beer garden stretching across multiple blocks, with domestic and German beer halls. Hokkaido Bon Odori dancing takes place mid-August around a yagura tower, with yukata rental available. Evening food stalls offer Hokkaido specialties including jingisukan and fresh seafood.
