The fireworks finale of the two-day Tochio Festival in Nagaoka's Tochio district. Features original starmine displays crafted by the local 'Senrin no Kai' group that artistically depict Tochio's four seasons. The festival also includes Japan's unique barrel-mikoshi tug-of-war competitions.
