About this event
The second procession of Kyoto's Gion Matsuri features 11 floats parading through the streets in the opposite direction of the Saki Matsuri. The Ato Matsuri is more intimate and less crowded, offering a closer view of the beautifully crafted floats. The evening features the Kanko-sai ceremony at Yasaka Shrine.
