Over 2,000 colorful Edo-style glass wind chimes hang throughout Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, creating a magical summer atmosphere. Visitors write their wishes on paper strips attached to the chimes. At dusk, the wind chime corridor and stream are illuminated with enchanting lights.
