About this event
An autumn fireworks festival on the Arakawa riverbed in Konosu, Saitama, famous for its enormous shells. About twenty thousand shells are fired, and the 2026 edition adds a Guinness World Record attempt for consecutive one-shaku shells in three minutes plus a Blue Impulse aerobatic display.
