A beloved summer fireworks festival along the Agano River in Niigata City's Kita Ward. The 2026 edition carries the theme 'Arata' (New/Fresh). Fireworks are launched from barges on the river, with the opening ceremony at 7:30 PM and the display running from approximately 7:50 PM to 9:00 PM.
