One of Japan's premier firefly viewing events. Approximately 10,000 Genji fireflies create a magical display of natural light at Hotaru Dowa Park in Tatsuno, Nagano. The park is renowned as one of Japan's top firefly habitats, with a 17-day festival period offering peak viewing of these luminous insects dancing over streams.
