One of the Echigo Three Great Fireworks, this seaside fireworks spectacular launches over 15,000 shells across a wide ocean horizon. The highlight is the breathtaking 600-meter-wide sea-level starmine, unique to this coastal location, with fireworks bursting just above the waves.
