The grandest festival at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine spanning five days. Features a Heian-era style procession recreating Sugawara no Michizane's journey, and culminates in the spectacular Sentomyo ceremony where a thousand candles illuminate the shrine's Shinjiike pond with kagura dance on stage.
