Sakurayama Wind Chime Festival 2026

About this event

About 2,000 colorful wind chimes hang in the ema hall of Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine in Hida Takayama. On selected Saturdays, the shrine grounds are lit up with lanterns, and food stalls and traditional music create a magical summer atmosphere. Wind chime painting workshops are also available.
