About this event

One of Japan's top three festivals, held annually at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine. The grand finale on July 25 features a spectacular boat procession of over 100 vessels on the Okawa River and around 3,000 fireworks lighting up the night sky. The land procession includes 3,000 participants in traditional costumes. Over 1,000 years of history.
