Ohitaki Fire Festival at Inasa Shrine

A year-end fire rite at Inasa Shrine in Shiroishi, where old talismans and amulets are burned in prayer for a safe coming year. Furyu bells and drums sound in the precinct before the fire is lit, and stalls, folk performances and a raffle fill out the day.
