About this event
The Coming-of-Age Festival (Seijin-sai) at Yasaka Shrine celebrates young people who have reached adulthood in the past year, with a solemn Shinto ceremony to mark this important life milestone. Participants dressed in vibrant kimono and furisode fill the shrine grounds with color and festivity.
