About this event
Annual celebration of Kobo Daishi (Kukai)'s birthday at Zentsuji Temple, the 75th pilgrimage site of the Shikoku 88 Temple Trail and Kukai's birthplace. The festivities include religious ceremonies on June 14-15 and a large market with plant vendors, food stalls, and local events on the preceding Sunday.
