About this event
The Tohoku Kizuna Festival brings together the six signature festivals of the Tohoku region in one spectacular event: Aomori Nebuta, Akita Kanto, Morioka Sansa, Yamagata Hanagasa, Sendai Tanabata, and Fukushima Waraji. A grand parade runs approximately 1km through central Morioka, with additional events at Morioka Castle Site Park.
