About this event
One of Tokyo's oldest and most atmospheric festivals, held at Okunitama Shrine in Fuchu. The highlight is the nighttime mikoshi procession on May 5th, where six massive portable shrines are paraded through the darkened streets accompanied by enormous taiko drums.
