About this event
The Autumn Grand Festival at Yasukuni Shrine is one of the most important biannual ceremonies at this historically significant shrine in Tokyo. Priests perform solemn Shinto rites within the inner precincts to honor those enshrined there, while selected traditional performing arts are offered throughout the day. The crisp autumn atmosphere lends additional gravitas to this deeply reverential occasion.
