About this event
A free harbour festival on the Okitsu wharf of Shimizu Port. Food stalls and kitchen cars from around Shizuoka join producers from Nagano and Yamanashi, and the programme includes a re-enacted Joseon envoy procession, hula and Tahitian dance, brass and cheer performances, and displays of fire, police and military vehicles.
