About this event
One of Okinawa's Three Great Tug-of-War festivals with over 450 years of tradition. A massive 90-meter, 5-ton rope is pulled in an epic east-west tug-of-war battle. The festival also features costumed performers, traditional ceremonies, and vibrant local food stalls.
