Goryokaku & Hakodate Park Cherry Blossom Illumination 2026

About this event

Hakodate's premier cherry blossom event at two iconic parks. Goryokaku's star-shaped fortress is surrounded by approximately 1,500 cherry trees that are beautifully illuminated from 7PM to 9PM. Hakodate Park also features illuminated cherry blossoms and food vendor stalls throughout the festival period.
