11th Kintaikyo Art and Culture Festival

About this event

A one-day arts festival staged on and around Iwakuni's famous five-arched Kintaikyo Bridge. Bonfires and carved seal-paper lanterns light the bridge after dark, creating a scene unique to this event, while the daytime programme includes a mass singalong on the bridge itself, art installations, workshops, performances and food stalls. Runs roughly 10:00 to 20:00.
