About this event
Dance teams from across Japan gather in downtown Sendai for two days of high-energy YOSAKOI performances, combining traditional naruko clappers with modern choreography. Stages are set up at Kotodai Park, Nishikicho Park and other venues, with a parade along Jozenji-dori on the final day. October 10-11, 2026.
