About this event
One of Tokyo's most exciting summer festivals featuring the famous 'Sengan Mikoshi' (thousand-kan portable shrine), said to be the heaviest in Tokyo. The highlight is the spectacular nighttime procession through the streets of Taito Ward, illuminated by hundreds of paper lanterns.
