Kochi's street markets mark 150 years since they became fixed weekday markets. Centred on the Sunday market street of Otesuji, the day features mochi throwing, cooked dishes from market vendors, craft workshops led by stallholders, tasting comparisons of market produce and a stamp rally. Admission is free.
