One of Nagano Prefecture s major fireworks festivals, held along the Chikuma River in the Togura Kamiyamada Onsen area. The display features approximately 10,000 fireworks reflected beautifully in the river, with starmine, wide-range fireworks, and musical synchronized displays. A spectacular summer evening in a charming onsen town setting.
